Contact us via the website, WhatsApp, phone, or walk in to our studio. Describe your project, timeline, and budget. We acknowledge every enquiry within 2 hours and issue a unique Ticket ID.

David or Saitoti meets with you — in person or via video call. We ask the right questions, review your brand, understand your audience, and map out the exact scope of work.

A detailed quotation is prepared and sent within 24 hours. You review, request adjustments if needed, and confirm in writing. A 50% deposit activates your project. Nothing starts without payment confirmed.

The assigned designer receives a structured brief — brand guidelines, dimensions, reference materials, colour palette, and content checklist. The brief is signed off internally before any design begins.

The designer develops initial concepts and submits them for internal review. Management reviews the work before it reaches you — so what you see has already been quality-checked.

You receive design proofs and give feedback. Up to two revision rounds are included in your package. Annotated, specific feedback is processed fastest — we respond within 24 hours.

You give written approval on the final artwork. Management performs a second sign-off. Once both approvals are captured, the file is locked — no further changes are possible at this stage.

Approved artwork goes to our production floor. Files are preflighted, colour-profiled, and output on our machines. Every job goes through a Quality Control checkpoint before it is packed.

Your order is packed and dispatched. The moment it leaves our premises you receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification with your delivery number and driver contact details.

You receive your order and confirm delivery. We capture a Proof of Delivery — signature and photo. You leave a star rating and comments. Your assets are archived for 12 months.
